Stephanie believes in providing empathetic care and guidance through a collaborative therapeutic relationship by navigating the unique experiences that influence each client’s life.
Stephanie received her MSW from Loyola University Chicago after completing her BA degrees in Psychology and Sociology. Her approaches include, but are not limited to, CBT, mindfulness, solution focused, strength-based and play therapies. She has used these skills in treating anxiety, depression, phobias, emotional regulation, trauma, and social integration.
She has a wealth of experience with diverse ages of children, teens, adults, and seniors. She has worked with children and adults with disabilities as well as their caregivers. As a mother of two adult children, she understands balancing life struggles while parenting.
Outside of the office Stephanie enjoys spending time in the community, watching her children discover adulthood, and being a support through it all. She also has found joy in crocheting as well as other crafting activities.
