Dalia Vaisaite
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, MA, LMFT
President / Therapist / Life Coach
I believe in everyone’s uniqueness, authenticity, resiliency, and strength. I will guide you through the process of self-discovery, self-growth, self-love, and clarity. I assist individuals in setting personal goals, visions, and working toward desired results and a healthy life. I work with couples who may need some guidance and support while navigating through their relationships and/or marriages. My goal is for these couples to leave therapy feeling more connected and secure in their relationships and/or marriages. When working with families, I look at the family as a whole, and address transitions, divorce, trauma, grief, substance abuse, marital or financial problems, parent-child conflicts, and other conditions, and my aim is for those families to learn how to communicate more effectively, deepen family connection, resolve conflict, set boundaries, control stress and anxiety, improve parenting skills, and live happier lives together. I provide a safe, caring, and confidential environment which enables trust and growth for my clients. When appropriate, I incorporate holistic approach by treating the mind, body, and heart. I am also a Strategic Life Coach, and hold a RMT certificate from Robbins Research Institute.
I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from San Francisco State University with honors, and graduated with a Master’s Degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Golden Gate University in San Francisco. My clinical experience is working with individuals, couples and families whose primary symptoms are related to depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, stress, grief, and other disorders, and who are going through life transitions (college, career changes, becoming empty nesters).
